The 2019 London Graduation Ceremony

Welcome, and congratulations on successfully completing your study programme with the University of London. You can book now to attend one of two ceremonies held on the same day at the Barbican Centre in London on Tuesday 5 March 2019.

Morning Ceremony
8.30am: Ticket Collection Point opens.
Gown collection and photography opens.
10.00am: Auditorium doors open for graduands and guests.
10.15am: All graduands to be seated in the Barbican Hall.
10.30am: All guests seated for a prompt 11.00am start.
Presentation Demonstration for graduands.
11.00am: Ceremony begins.
12.30 – 1.30pm: Reception.
Afternoon Ceremony
1.00pm: Ticket Collection Point opens.
Gown collection and photography opens.
2.00pm: Auditorium doors open for graduands and guests.
2.15pm: All graduands to be seated in the Barbican Hall.
2.30pm: All guests seated for a prompt 3.00pm start.
Presentation Demonstration for graduands.
3.00pm: Ceremony begins.
4.30 – 5.30pm: Reception.

Evening Dinner
7.00pm till late: Formal Graduation Dinner at The Brewery, 52 Chiswell St London EC1Y 4SD. (Admission by ticket only for students and their guests)

The formal graduation dinner will be held at an historic Grade II Listed London venue, The Brewery.

Here is what you need to do:
Tickets:
Graduands, register your attendance and purchase tickets for your guests through the easy to use online registration and booking system. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Price:
Graduation Ceremony
Graduand ceremony ticket: FREE
Guest ceremony ticket: £50 each
Formal Graduation Dinner
Dinner ticket for graduands and guests: £75 each
Payment to be made at the end of the booking process.
Robing and Photography:

Robing and photography is organised through our official providers Ede and Ravenscroft.
All graduands are required to wear University of London Academic dress in order to be presented at the ceremony. Anyone not wearing a University of London gown will not be presented.
Make sure you pre-order your academic dress from Ede and Ravenscroft in advance of the ceremony. Booking early will entitle you to a discounted price on your gown and ensure that you graduate in the correct attire.
Booking on the day will cost you more and availability cannot be guaranteed.

It’s the perfect way to relive the memories of your ceremony and to share your success with family and friends, especially those who cannot be there with you on the day.
You can now pre-order your DVD at the discounted price of £27 (all orders placed on the day will be charged at £30), as part of the booking process.
